Richter Bros. think that the risk of speculative real estate success has hit the tipping point, outweighing any potential rewards.
As a result, Richter Bros. is focused primarily on cash flow and cash only purchases based on our hypothesis that within the next 2 to 4 years, we can refinance, reinvest, and make more return on our money averaging over a 10 year period compared to speculative investments.
